Returns - How to Return Your Order
Would you like to return one or more items from your order? No problem! We want to make the return process as easy as possible for you. Returns are completely free of charge when using our return shipping label.
Return Period
As a consumer, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. Please note that you must explicitly notify us of your decision to withdraw within this period. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
How to Return Your Items Free of Charge:
- Complete the Return Form: You received a return form together with your invoice via email. Please complete the form, indicating which items you would like to return.
- Prepare Your Return: Carefully pack the items you wish to return and include the completed return form in your parcel.
- Request Your Free Return Shipping Label: Do you need a return shipping label? Simply contact our customer service team. We will be happy to provide you with a free return shipping label. There are no return shipping costs when using our label.
- Return Your Parcel Free of Charge: Attach the return shipping label securely and visibly to your parcel and drop it off with the designated shipping carrier. Your return is free of charge when using our return shipping label.
