Withdrawal Instructions and Model Withdrawal Form
Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts for goods within fourteen days.
1 Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods. If several goods ordered in a single order are delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received. If goods are delivered in several consignments or pieces, the period begins when the last consignment or piece is received. In the case of regular deliveries of goods over a defined period, the period begins when the first item is received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by a letter or email addressed to:

You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal statement before the withdrawal period expires.
Electronic Withdrawal Function
You can also submit your withdrawal using the “Withdraw from contract” function in our online shop: https://www.pikeur.de/en/Revocation-Form. After entering or confirming the required information, submit your statement using the “Confirm withdrawal” button. We will then promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, for example by email, containing your withdrawal statement and the date and time it was received.
2 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs. This excludes any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal statement. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
The fourteen-day withdrawal period and the fourteen-day return period are separate: first, you must declare your withdrawal within the withdrawal period, and then send the goods back no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.
We will bear the cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Free Returns with a Return Shipping Label
We will provide you with a return shipping label for your free return. Please request it from our customer service team by email at service.shop@pikeur.de or by telephone on +49 5203 704-0. Use the label provided to send your return without having to pay shipping costs upfront.
You received a return form by email together with your invoice. Please complete it, specify the items you are returning and enclose it with the carefully packed goods. Attach the return shipping label visibly to the parcel and drop it off with the shipping carrier indicated on the label.
The return form and our return shipping label help simplify the process and are not prerequisites for validly exercising your statutory right of withdrawal. Merely returning the goods without an unequivocal withdrawal statement is not sufficient. You may combine your request for a label with your unequivocal withdrawal statement. Requesting or receiving the label does not extend the statutory deadlines.
