You can shop for your favourite items via the PIKEUR and ESKADRON online shop 24/7, 365 days of the year.
If you require more detailed and individual advice, you can give us a call on weekdays between the hours of 08:00 and 16:30.

It is not possible to order products by telephone. Please get in touch with us via your specialist retailer.
How do I get a copy of the PIKEUR and/or ESKADRON catalogue?
Are you interested in our product catalogue? If so, please send an email to info(at)pikeur.de or info(at)eskadron.de stating which catalogue you would like to receive and your address. You will then receive the catalogue(s) in the post free of charge.
Can I be sponsored by PIKEUR / ESKADRON?
Everyday we receive a large number of different sponsorship enquiries. For this reason we hope you will understand that it is not possible for us to respond to all of them. Our current sponsorship programme consists of sponsoring of individual top riders such as Ludger Beerbaum, Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum, Marco Kutscher, Hubertus Schmidt and Eva Bitter amongst others. It also includes our engagement as official outfitter of the German Equestrian Olympic Committee (DOKR) in the showjumping, dressage, eventing, driving and para-equestrian disciplines. In addition, we also support hippotherapy in Bielefeld-Bethel. Please appreciate, therefore, that our budget for sponsoring is already being fully utilised in connection with all of these measures.

Tips and care instructions
How should I wash my saddle cloths to protect the material?
In order to treat the high quality materials of your ESKADRON saddle cloth with care when washing, we ask you to carefully read the care label of the product prior to every washing load.
We recommend you select a delicate wash cycle and that the washing temperature does not exceed 30 degrees. Only use a mild laundry detergent or ESKADRON liquid detergent. We advise you not to use fabric softener. After washing, the saddle cloth should be gently reshaped whilst still damp.
Care for lambskin items:
We recommend you wash the ESKADRON lambskin products by hand where possible, using a special lambskin detergent. We advise you not to use standard or wool detergents as these remove the essential fats and tanning agents from the leather which is why leather becomes hard and brittle. After washing you can dry the item in a tumble dryer at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees. The leather remains elastic and soft through the movement in the dryer. We strongly advise you not to dry lambskin items in the sun or on a heat source as this removes fats during the drying process and the item will become brittle.
Care for horse boots:
So that you and your horse can enjoy ESKADRON's high quality horse boots for as long as possible, we recommend washing the horse boots at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees. In addition to washing in a washing machine, we recommend the use of a practical ESKADRON washing bag. This protects your horse boots and bandages against premature wear and tear caused by abrasive Velcro closures or damage when being spun in the washing machine. Please only use either our own textile detergent or some other mild laundry detergent and do not use fabric softener.
Breeches and riding jackets:
In order to protect the materials of your breeches and riding jackets when washing, and to avoid premature wear and tear, we ask you to pay attention to the following washing tips. You should always read the garment's care label and follow the instructions provided.
In general we recommend washing the garment on a delicate wash cycle with special mild laundry detergent, at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees.
Breeches should be turned inside out as a basic principle, and zips and Velcro fastenings should be closed prior to washing. Breeches should be hung up to dry immediately after washing. In the case of heavily soiled items, e.g. fat or oil stains, we recommend washing the item as quickly as possible.
We strongly advise you not to use fabric softener or bleach and do not tumble dry.
We advise you to always pay attention to the care labels of all PIKEUR and ESKADRON products prior to cleaning. We use many different materials and fabrics in our production, some of which may require special cleaning.
What is the correct way to wash my down jacket? In the chilly winter weather you can always rely on our PIKEUR down jacket to keep you warm in the stable where it is possible that some kind of staining will occur.
In order to ensure that your jacket really continues to keep you warm after washing, however, you should pay attention to the following tips.
All down and feathers can be washed but the feathers lose fat every time they are washed, and consequently their fill power. We recommend the use of a neutral, down detergent which can be washed out easily or a wool detergent. It is important that the down does not dry out because of the detergent and become brittle as a result. You should be particularly careful when drying your PIKEUR down jacket. It is important to prevent any accumulation of moisture in specific parts of the jacket as this will result in stains. To dry the jacket we recommend the use of small balls (tennis balls or dryer balls) in the tumble dryer and that you shake the jacket every now and then during the drying cycle.
PIKEUR jackets filled with Primaloft must not be dried in the tumble dryer. We recommend hanging up Primaloft jackets to dry and that you shake the jacket every now and then.
How does the process for dealing with an exchange / a complaint work? (trade fair purchases, lack of sales receipt)
If, despite our very high quality standards, functionality and design requirements, you are not satisfied with a product, please get in touch with your specialist retailer as it is only possible to process complaints via the retailer. If you purchased the product at a trade fair or competition, you will find information about the specialist retailer on your receipt. If you do not have a receipt, you can look at the list of exhibitors to find this information.
My ESKADRON / PIKEUR product has lost a button, etc. Are you able to send me a replacement?
If a button or similar component of your product is missing, please contact your specialist retailer. Please let them know which item is affected and which component is missing. You will receive the replacement part as quickly.
